Construction Status:
As of december 2022 the site has been cleared and levels defined for the unit buildings. Retaining walls at the front and back of the property are already built with car parking and storage lockers at the entry level under construction.
*Deliveries are estimated to start for high season enjoyment of your new beach property in November / December 2023.
